Dell´s Oliver Cam­bell was inter­viewed by the Forbes Mag­a­zine. You can read the arti­cle here. He speaks about the process of cre­at­ing new pack­ag­ing mate­r­ial (an other stuff too). What stroke me, when read­ing the arti­cle, was that they hold an annual brain­storm­ing ses­sion with their sup­pli­ers. I have not been able to find fur­ther infor­ma­tion. But def­i­nitely a great way to incor­po­rate new ideas into the the company.
